Due to advancements in technology, our IP camera systems are much higher in quality and lower in cost than ever before. With 8 megapixel systems available for the entry-level market (which is about 4 times clearer than a true High Definition television) if you've been considering CCTV for your home or business, there's never been a better time than now.
Utilising weather and vandal resistant cameras that have built-in infrared illuminators allowing them to see in the dark for up to 50 metres and at an angle of up to and over 180 degrees, you might be surprised how much coverage and security you can get from a single camera at your premises.
If you have an active internet connection, all of our CCTV systems can be connected to your existing router, giving you the ability to view and review footage directly from your smartphone, tablet, local or remote computer.
Affordable "Pan, tilt, zoom" (PTZ) cameras on the market now offer the ability to have one camera in a central location that you can control in real time to look at any area of your property, giving you true 360 degree vision of important areas.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) software built into most of the new cameras can also tag and track vehicles & people, sending notifications if configured. PTZ cameras can be set to follow people and vehicles if configured.
Alerts can be configured with virtual trip-wires and unauthorised areas, even detect facial expressions and send notifications right to your mobile device or email.
Automatic number-plate recognition (ANPR) and face detection can be set with some cameras for advanced logging, notifications and even access control.

BEWARE of inferior products. There are many DIY camera products out there that claim to be CCTV.
Many of these products require batteries, use Wifi, only record some movement, are not waterproof, degrade in UV Sunlight, have inferior night vision (if any) and require a paid subscriptions to save more than just a few hours of footage/if any.
Batteries are fine for low power devices but cameras able to perform multi-megapixel 24/7 recording would not be able to run like this in a reasonable way. This is why we only use PoE Cat6 (or similar hard wire) powered CCTV systems, we do not use batteries that will inevitably go dead when you most need them.
Wifi is fine for receiving or sending a few video streams but a multi-camera system would use too much bandwidth for most home or small office wifi systems to handle along with your normal family/business usage. Streaming video data like this also competes with your home data traffic and uses data even if you never view it. Our systems used a closed, hard wired networks that we install on it's own private subnet that only streams from the recorder when requested. So no network slowing issues, the cameras keep recording even if the internet goes down and the footage is all available on your mobile devices or computers locally and remotely when the internet comes back up. With battery backup power our systems can record even in the event of a full power and data outages.
The CCTV devices we use record to a local hard drive with potentially many months of capacity depending on how much historical footage you would like to save. This means you hold and own all your footage for as long as you need. No subscriptions, no extra charges, export however much footage you need when you need it from wherever you are as many times as you like.
